Who We Are ?

Ayurved Rasaushadhalaya was founded on 25th December 1998 (27 years ago) by Dr. Manoj D. Phadnis (B.A.M.S., M.Phil. Ayu., B.A. Sanskrit, FIIM) and Dr. Nandkishor V. Dhage (B.A.M.S.), with a shared vision of promoting authentic Ayurvedic healthcare. Our punch line, “AyurRasa for Ever,” and our guiding principle, “NM: The Symbol of Quality,” reflect our commitment to excellence and trust.

The foundation of the firm was laid at Dr. Manoj Phadnis’s home, where medicines were initially prepared for personal use, guided by dedication to purity, quality, and classical Ayurvedic principles.
Both founders are batchmates and have been together for over 33 years. They developed a deep interest in preparing Ayurvedic medicines during their second year of college. Their passion for Ayurveda led them to gain extensive practical knowledge by visiting experienced Vaidyas, Ayurvedic raw material suppliers, research institutes, and manufacturing units.

The company initially started its operations through loan licensing and, through consistent growth and commitment to quality, has been operating under its own FDA license for the past 17 years. Today, we offer a wide range of classical and proprietary Ayurvedic formulations prepared with strict adherence to traditional principles and modern quality standards.

Committed to continuous learning and classical authenticity, we have built a rich library of more than 150 Ayurvedic Ras Shastra texts. This strong foundation in traditional wisdom, combined with hands-on experience, enables us to prepare high-quality Ayurvedic medicines with care and precision.

We are proud to serve more than 1500 Ayurvedic Vaidyas as our esteemed clients, reflecting the trust and confidence placed in our formulations.

आयुर्वेद रसाौषधालय की स्थापना 25 दिसंबर 1998 (27 वर्ष पहले) डॉ. मनोज डी. फडणवीस (B.A.M.S., M.Phil. Ayu., B.A. Sanskrit, FIIM) और डॉ. नंदकिशोर वी. ढगे (B.A.M.S.) द्वारा प्रामाणिक आयुर्वेदिक स्वास्थ्य सेवा को बढ़ावा देने के साझा दृष्टिकोण के साथ की गई थी। हमारी पंच लाइन, “AyurRasa for Ever” और हमारा मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांत, “NM: गुणवत्ता का प्रतीक”, उत्कृष्टता और विश्वास के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाते हैं।

इस संस्था की नींव डॉ. मनोज फडणवीस के घर पर रखी गई थी, जहाँ शुद्धता, गुणवत्ता और शास्त्रीय आयुर्वेदिक सिद्धांतों के प्रति समर्पण के साथ शुरुआत में व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए औषधियाँ तैयार की जाती थीं।

दोनों संस्थापक सहपाठी हैं और 33 से अधिक वर्षों से साथ हैं। कॉलेज के दूसरे वर्ष के दौरान ही आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ तैयार करने में उनकी गहरी रुचि विकसित हुई। आयुर्वेद के प्रति उनके जुनून ने उन्हें अनुभवी वैद्यों, आयुर्वेदिक कच्चे माल के आपूर्तिकर्ताओं, अनुसंधान संस्थानों और निर्माण इकाइयों का दौरा करके व्यापक व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

कंपनी ने शुरुआत में लोन लाइसेंसिंग के माध्यम से अपना परिचालन शुरू किया और गुणवत्ता के प्रति निरंतर विकास और प्रतिबद्धता के माध्यम से, पिछले 17 वर्षों से अपने स्वयं के FDA लाइसेंस के तहत काम कर रही है। आज, हम पारंपरिक सिद्धांतों और आधुनिक गुणवत्ता मानकों के कड़े पालन के साथ तैयार किए गए शास्त्रीय (Classical) और प्रोप्रायटरी आयुर्वेदिक फॉर्मूलेशन की एक विस्तृत श्रृंखला पेश करते हैं।

निरंतर सीखने और शास्त्रीय प्रामाणिकता के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध, हमने 150 से अधिक आयुर्वेदिक रस शास्त्र ग्रंथों का एक समृद्ध पुस्तकालय बनाया है। पारंपरिक ज्ञान की यह मजबूत नींव, व्यावहारिक अनुभव के साथ मिलकर, हमें देखभाल और सटीकता के साथ उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली आयुर्वेदिक दवाएं तैयार करने में सक्षम बनाती है।

या संस्थेचा पाया डॉ. मनोज फडणवीस यांच्या निवासस्थानी घातला गेला, जिथे शुद्धता, गुणवत्ता आणि शास्त्रीय आयुर्वेदिक सिद्धांतांनुसार सुरुवातीला वैयक्तिक वापरासाठी औषधे तयार केली जात होती.

दोन्ही संस्थापक वर्गमित्र असून गेल्या ३३ वर्षांहून अधिक काळ सोबत आहेत. कॉलेजच्या दुसऱ्या वर्षात असतानाच त्यांना आयुर्वेदिक औषधे तयार करण्याची ओढ निर्माण झाली. आयुर्वेदाबद्दलच्या या आवडीमुळे त्यांनी अनुभवी वैद्य, कच्चा माल पुरवठादार, संशोधन संस्था आणि उत्पादन केंद्रांना भेटी देऊन व्यापक व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्राप्त केले.

कंपनीने सुरुवातीला ‘लोन लायसन्सिंग’द्वारे आपले कामकाज सुरू केले आणि गुणवत्तेवरील सातत्यपूर्ण विश्वासामुळे गेल्या १७ वर्षांपासून कंपनी स्वतःच्या FDA लायसन्स अंतर्गत कार्यरत आहे. आज, आम्ही पारंपारिक सिद्धांत आणि आधुनिक गुणवत्ता मानकांचे काटेकोर पालन करून तयार केलेली शास्त्रीय (Classical) आणि ‘प्रोप्रायटरी’ आयुर्वेदिक उत्पादनांची विस्तृत श्रेणी उपलब्ध करून देत आहोत.

Our Founders

Dr. Manoj D. Phadnis is a highly experienced and respected Ayurvedic physician, educator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of dedicated service in the field of Ayurveda. With a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to authentic Ayurvedic practices, he has been actively contributing to both clinical care and Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing since 1999.
A qualified B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedacharya), Dr. Phadnis further strengthened his expertise with a B.A. in Sanskrit and M.Phil. in Ayurveda, reflecting his strong grounding in classical Ayurvedic texts and principles. He is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management (FIIM), showcasing his blend of medical knowledge with management excellence.
Fluent in English, Sanskrit, Hindi, and Marathi, Dr. Phadnis effectively communicates with a diverse range of patients and professionals, making his consultations accessible and impactful.

Since 1999, Dr. Phadnis has been practicing as a consulting Ayurvedic physician in Pune, offering holistic and patient-centered treatment approaches rooted in classical Ayurveda.

Dr. Phadnis is a Director-Partner in an FDA-approved Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing unit, producing a diverse range of over 190 high-quality Ayurvedic formulations.
With a dedicated in-house marketing team operating in Pune and surrounding regions, he has successfully bridged the gap between traditional formulations and modern-day healthcare needs.
