Who We Are ?
Ayurved Rasaushadhalaya, Pune, has been devoted to the authentic science of Ayurveda and Rasashastra for more than 27 years, with a deep commitment to preserving the classical heritage of Ayurvedic pharmaceutics.
Our journey began during our learning at Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pune and internship period at Tarachand Hospital, where we prepared Ayurvedic medicines as a charitable service for patients. This early experience strengthened our belief in the timeless healing principles of Ayurveda and inspired us to dedicate our lives to the preparation of authentic Ayurvedic medicines.
After completing B.A.M.S., we entered the field of Ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturing. Initially, we were involved in trading Ayurvedic raw materials and preparing medicines for our own clinics for self-dispensing. With growing experience and dedication to Ayurvedic pharmaceutics, we established Ayurved Rasaushadhalaya at 519, Narayan Peth, Pune.
In the early phase of our professional journey, we gained valuable manufacturing experience by working for more than 5 years under a loan licence with a reputed Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company in Pune. For the past 17+ years, we have been operating at S.N.14, Bhau Industrial Estate, Nanded Phata, Pune. successfully with our own Ayurvedic manufacturing licence, continuing our commitment to classical Ayurvedic medicine preparation.
From the very beginning, our medicines have been prepared strictly according to the classical Ayurvedic principles described by the great Acharyas Charaka, Sushruta, and Vagbhata, along with the Rasavaidya tradition of Acharya Nagarjuna. Our special expertise lies in the preparation of Rasaushadhies, manufactured faithfully according to Vruddha Vaidya Parampara and time-tested classical methods of Rasashastra.
To maintain authenticity and continuous learning, we have developed a rich library of more than 150 classical Ayurvedic Rasashastra texts, which serve as a constant source of guidance in our pharmaceutical practices and research.
Today, Ayurved Rasaushadhalaya proudly serves more than 1500+ Ayurvedic Vaidyas across India, earning their trust through consistent, result-oriented quality medicines prepared with classical purity and professional dedication.

आयुर्वेद रसौषधालय, पुणे पिछले 27 से अधिक वर्षों से आयुर्वेद और रसशास्त्र की प्रामाणिक परंपरा के प्रति पूरी निष्ठा से जुड़ा हुआ है, और आयुर्वेदिक औषधि निर्माण की शास्त्रीय विरासत को संजोने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
तिलक आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय, पुणे में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के दौरान और ताराचंद अस्पताल में इंटर्नशिप के समय हमारी इस यात्रा की शुरुआत हुई। उस दौर में हमने मरीजों के लिए सेवा भाव से आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों का निर्माण किया। इस अनुभव ने आयुर्वेद के शाश्वत उपचार सिद्धांतों पर हमारे विश्वास को और अधिक दृढ़ किया, जिससे हमें प्रामाणिक आयुर्वेदिक औषधि निर्माण के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित करने की प्रेरणा मिली।
बी.ए.एम.एस. (B.A.M.S.) पूरा करने के बाद हमने आयुर्वेदिक औषधि निर्माण के क्षेत्र में कदम रखा। शुरुआत में हमने आयुर्वेदिक कच्चे माल (Raw Materials) के व्यापार में काम किया और अपने स्वयं के क्लीनिकों के लिए दवाएं बनाकर सीधे मरीजों तक पहुंचाईं। जैसे-जैसे अनुभव और समर्पण बढ़ता गया, 519, नारायण पेठ, पुणे में “आयुर्वेद रसौषधालय” की स्थापना की गई।
करियर के शुरुआती दौर में, पुणे की एक प्रतिष्ठित आयुर्वेदिक दवा निर्माता कंपनी के साथ ‘लोन लाइसेंस’ के तहत 5 से अधिक वर्षों तक काम करते हुए हमें बेहद मूल्यवान अनुभव मिला। पिछले 17+ वर्षों से हम सर्वे नं. 14, भाऊ इंडस्ट्रियल एस्टेट, नांदेड़ फाटा, पुणे में अपने स्वयं के आयुर्वेदिक उत्पादन लाइसेंस (Manufacturing License) के तहत सफलतापूर्वक कार्यरत हैं और शास्त्रोक्त पद्धति से औषधि निर्माण की परंपरा को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं।
हमारी औषधियों का निर्माण शुरुआत से ही आचार्य चरक, सुश्रुत और वाग्भट्ट द्वारा वर्णित आयुर्वेदिक सिद्धांतों के साथ-साथ आचार्य नागार्जुन की रसवैद्य परंपरा के अनुसार किया जाता है। रसौषधि निर्माण हमारी विशेषता है, और दवाओं को वृद्ध वैद्य परंपरा तथा पारंपरिक रसशास्त्रीय पद्धतियों का कड़ाई से पालन करते हुए तैयार किया जाता है।
प्रामाणिकता और निरंतर अध्ययन के लिए हमने 150 से अधिक प्राचीन आयुर्वेदिक रसशास्त्र ग्रंथों का एक समृद्ध संग्रह तैयार किया है। ये ग्रंथ हमारे औषधि निर्माण और अनुसंधान (Research) कार्यों के लिए निरंतर मार्गदर्शक सिद्ध होते हैं।
आज आयुर्वेद रसौषधालय देश भर के 1500+ आयुर्वेदिक वैद्यों को अपनी सेवाएं दे रहा है, और अपनी शास्त्रोक्त, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं प्रभावी औषधियों के कारण उनका अटूट विश्वास अर्जित किया है।

33 से अधिक वर्षों से एक साथ कार्यरत सहपाठी और व्यावसायिक भागीदार, जिनका एकमात्र उद्देश्य आयुर्वेद में रसौषधियों की शास्त्रीय विरासत को सहेजना, उसे आचरण में लाना और उसका प्रचार-प्रसार करना है।
आयुर्वेद रसौषधालय, पुणे हे गेल्या 27 वर्षांहून अधिक काळ आयुर्वेद व रसशास्त्राच्या प्रामाणिक परंपरेशी निष्ठेने जोडलेले असून, आयुर्वेदिक औषधनिर्मितीच्या शास्त्रीय वारशाचे जतन करण्यासाठी कटिबद्ध आहे.
टिळक आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय, पुणे येथे शिक्षण घेत असताना व ताराचंद रुग्णालयातील इंटर्नशिप दरम्यान आमच्या प्रवासाची सुरुवात झाली. त्या काळात आम्ही रुग्णांसाठी सेवाभावाने आयुर्वेदिक औषधनिर्मिती केली. या अनुभवातून आयुर्वेदाच्या कालातीत उपचारतत्त्वांवरील आमचा विश्वास अधिक दृढ झाला आणि प्रामाणिक आयुर्वेदिक औषधनिर्मितीसाठी आयुष्य अर्पण करण्याची प्रेरणा मिळाली.
बी.ए.एम.एस. पूर्ण केल्यानंतर आम्ही आयुर्वेदिक औषधनिर्मिती क्षेत्रात प्रवेश केला. प्रारंभी आयुर्वेदिक कच्च्या मालाच्या व्यापारात कार्य केले व स्वतःच्या दवाखान्यांसाठी औषधनिर्मिती करून रुग्णांना थेट वितरण केले. अनुभव व समर्पण वाढत गेल्याने ५१९, नारायण पेठ, पुणे येथे “आयुर्वेद रसौषधालय”ची स्थापना करण्यात आली.
कारकिर्दीच्या सुरुवातीच्या टप्प्यात, पुण्यातील एका नामांकित आयुर्वेदिक औषधनिर्मिती संस्थेसोबत ‘लोन लायसन्स’ अंतर्गत ५ वर्षांहून अधिक काळ काम करताना आम्हाला मौल्यवान अनुभव मिळाला. मागील १७+ वर्षांपासून आम्ही सर्वे क्रमांक. १४, भाऊ इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट, नांदेड फाटा, पुणे येथे स्वतःच्या आयुर्वेदिक उत्पादन परवान्याअंतर्गत यशस्वीपणे कार्यरत आहोत आणि शास्त्रोक्त पद्धतीने औषधनिर्मितीची परंपरा पुढे नेत आहोत.
आमच्या औषधांची निर्मिती सुरुवातीपासूनच आचार्य चरक, सुश्रुत व वाग्भट यांनी वर्णन केलेल्या आयुर्वेदिक तत्त्वांनुसार तसेच आचार्य नागार्जुन यांच्या रसवैद्य परंपरेनुसार केली जाते. रसौषधी निर्माण ही आमची विशेषता असून, वृद्ध वैद्य परंपरा व पारंपरिक रसशास्त्रीय पद्धतींचे काटेकोर पालन करून औषधे तयार केली जातात.
प्रामाणिकता व सातत्यपूर्ण अभ्यासासाठी आम्ही १५० पेक्षा अधिक प्राचीन आयुर्वेदिक रसशास्त्र ग्रंथांचा समृद्ध संग्रह तयार केला आहे. हे ग्रंथ आमच्या औषधनिर्मिती व संशोधन कार्यासाठी सतत मार्गदर्शक ठरतात.

Dr Manoj Phadnis
Dr. Manoj D. Phadnis is a highly experienced and respected Ayurvedic physician, educator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of dedicated service in the field of Ayurveda. With a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to authentic Ayurvedic practices, he has been actively contributing to both clinical care and Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing since 1999.
A qualified B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedacharya), Dr. Phadnis further strengthened his expertise with a B.A. in Sanskrit and M.Phil. in Ayurveda, reflecting his strong grounding in classical Ayurvedic texts and principles. He is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management (FIIM), showcasing his blend of medical knowledge with management excellence.
Fluent in English, Sanskrit, Hindi, and Marathi, Dr. Phadnis effectively communicates with a diverse range of patients and professionals, making his consultations accessible and impactful.
